A complete reenvisioning of a modest traditional Beacon home into an inspiring home made for modern living. Our team worked with the homeowner and architect from start to finish in order to make their vision a reality. Our work included:

• Removal of existing wrap around porch and full demolition of the interior

• Addition of a new front entry porch

• Single story living room addition on the southeast side of the house

• Two story addition on the rear of the house to add a master suite with a vaulted ceiling

• New mudroom and porch on the rear of the house

• All new windows including introducing large spans of windows on the southeast side to flood the interior with light throughout the day

• Removal of existing vinyl siding and replace with James Hardie clapboard siding

• A new roof

• All new plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems

The end result is one of Beacon's most beautiful homes that we are proud to have built.
